Returns

We do our best to provide you 100% satisfaction. If you want to apply a return, please first contact our customer service at support@bit-studios.net and informed of the reason for returning. Please include your order numer and name of product purchased. All items sent back to us must be complete in the original condition with all tags and labels: unused, not worn, altered or washed, etc. Within 14 days you can enjoy return service, over the period required we will not to return or exchange. Refunds will be apply to the same form of payment used when order was placed. You will be responsile for the return shipping.

Returns On Download Products

Please understand that BIT Studios cannot issue refunds on download products. All download sales are final, from the point of payment or from the start of the download.
