Our Production Process

Our production process is broken down into 4 basic phases.

  1. Phase 1: Pre-production Planning
  2. Phase2: Production
  3. Phase 3: Post Production
  4. Phase 4: Deliverables

Phase 1: Pre-production Planning

This is the initial discovery phase. We begin planning the project based on the the script questionnaire that you provide us. We will use the script questionnaire to develop script. The script will help us to determine what 3D assets, graphics or image, and text will appear with the digital human spokesperson. After writing script, we will proceed to create a storyboard using the script as a guide. We will review the storyboard with you to ensure we have capture the essence of your story and bring it to life.

Phase2: Production

Our 3D designers will begin the development of photo-realistic 3D characters, 3D props, 3D scenes, and other 3D assets.

Phase 3: Post Production

This is where the real magic happens. Our animators will begin modeling, rigging and animating the 3D character. The AI generated voice-over is applied to the character. Additional functions is applied to the 3D video such as background music, text, and sound effects.

Phase 4: Deliverables

The deliverables can take between 2 to 3 weeks to complete. Once completed and approved, we will provide you with your final video file in your desired format.

A: Fill out a short questionnaire about your product or service and upload this document when you choose the package that most interest you. Once this is complete, our scriptwriters will prepare a draft script which you can review and request revisions.

A: The questions to script questionnaire is as follows:

  3. How are you solving it?
  4. How do your solutions enhance your customer´s lives?
  5. Are there other companies that exist that are similar to yours?
  6. If so, What makes your solution unique compared to them?

  8. What are the three most important things you need your audience to know?
  9. What feeling do you want your audience to have?
  10. What are your brand guidelines?
  11. Who is your core customer/target demographic?
  12. Describe your ideal casts, props and environment that you would like to see in your video?

Q: Can I speak with someone before I order?

A: Of course! Just fill out the "Pre-sales 15 Minutes Consultation" form that is at the bottom of this Q&A and click on "Schedule A Call" to talk to a sales representative. You also have the option to chat with a representative online.

Q: Do I pay for the whole balance for order upfront?

A: We require a 50% down payment from the regular price on all packages. The remaining balance is due when the order is complete. Special promotions do not qualify. The whole balance for special promotions must be paid in full before any work can begin.

Q: Are there any additional cost?

A: No. You only pay for what in your package. But if you need additional services that are not covered in your package, then there is an additional cost for add-ons.

Q: Is 30 seconds enough?

A: Our scriptwriters create a five-part script:

  1. Opening
  2. Pain points (Problem)
  3. Solutions
  4. Benefits (Value)
  5. Call to action

Usually, this is about 70-75 words, which is enough for a basic introduction. However, 60 seconds (150-160 words) is the optimal length, and 90 seconds (230-240 words) is the ultimate length as it allows you to include everything you want.
